38 New Bands Added To 2015 Download Festival Line Up

Everywhere we turn, festivals of all shapes and sizes continue to make additions to their line ups. The 2015 Download Festival is no different with Andy Copping and the team at Live Nation & Download HQ seemingly having been very busy over the last few weeks. So much so, we can reveal that a huge group of 38 new bands have been added to the line up for Download 2015.

Among the numerous highlights of this announcement is the return to Download of cello masters Apocalyptica, along with one of the first families of metal The Cavaleras with Max and Igor returning in Cavalera Conspiracy. Both bands are making their first Download appearances since 2008. After their recent reunion shows Fightstar are making their first Download appearance in a decade by headlining the Pepsi Max Tent on the Friday night, while The Red Bull Stage will be headlined on the same night by fellow Brit alt-rocks "A" (of "Nothing" and "Starbucks" fame).
