Bon Jovi Announce 2013 UK "Because We Can" Stadium Tour

In recent years they've played Hyde Park and had a residency at The O2 Arena, and now they are returning for a set of Stadium shows; Yes, Bon Jovi are coming back to the UK with the aptly titled "Because We Can" tour. One of New Jersey's finest exports of all time, Bon Jovi have scheduled five stadium shows across the UK in the homes of some of the UK's Premier League and national football stadiums for June and July 2013.

As has been well publicised already, tickets for the shows will start at just £12.50, a fact that was very important to the band (and a decision possibly taken in direct response to the recent outrageous prices charged by The Rolling Stones for their 50th anniversary shows at London's O2 Arena). Prices will range from the £12.50 mentioned to approximately £125 for the "gold circle" tickets at the front of the stage. The currently confirmed show dates and locations are listed below:

June 2013:

8th - Manchester - Etihad Stadium
9th - Birmingham - Villa Park
12th - Cardiff City Stadium
13th - Sunderland - Stadium Of Light

July 2013:

Glasgow - Hampden Park

These shows will be in support of Bon Jovi's new album entitled "What About Now" which is tentatively due for release in Spring 2013 (it should be out by the time of the shows certainly). Tickets will be on pre-sale at 9am Thursday November 1st with the general sale happening 24 hours later at 9am Friday November 2nd.
