Bullet For My Valentine To Headline "Rule Britannia" 2013 UK Arena Tour

Welsh Metallers Bullet For My Valentine have announced that they will be hitting the road in December this year for a crushing 5 date UK Arena tour ending with a huge homecoming gig in Cardiff.

The 'Rule Britannia' tour will be the bands biggest set of Arena dates so far. BFMV's frontman Matt Tuck had this to say about the tour:

"The boys and I are excited to announce that we will be once again crushing arenas all over the UK this December. In 2010 we got our first taste of headlining arenas and it was mind blowing, this time around it’s gonna be louder, crazier and we'll be bringing more pyro than ever!! Make sure you get your tickets and be part of 'The' tour of 2013, see ya there, ROCK!"

Support for the tour comes from two of the hottest UK's bands going at the moment Asking Alexandria and Young Guns.

Asking Alexandra said:

“It's been a dream of ours to tour arenas around the UK for a long time and the fact that it's happening with a bunch of cool guys that like to drink as much as we do is f*****g brilliant. Rock on, drink on, game on!”

Young Guns said:

"We're honoured to have been asked to support Bullet For My Valentine on their upcoming UK arena run. Having just spent 2 months with them in the USA we know firsthand how great they are live and we're excited to see them bring it on stages as big as these are. As for us, these are going to be some of the largest shows we've ever played and we can't wait to get out there! We'll be fresh out of the studio and desperate to get back out there again, so see you all in December!"

The dates for the tour are:

  • Sunday 1st December – Manchester Arena
  • Monday 2nd December – Glasgow SECC
  • Tuesday 3rd December – Birmingham NIA
  • Thursday 5th December – London Wembley Arena
  • Friday 6th December – Cardiff Motorpoint Arena

Nik works in music PR, he wanted to be famous but genetics determined a managerial route instead. He put his energy into working out how to design stuff, build web stuff and string a decent series of words together. He is a big fan of original and unique sounding bands, loving a good melody and anthem - although he has been known to listen to 90s glam rock in private.
