One of our favourite pieces of news that we've published so far in 2014 is the news that friends of ScribesOfMetal, London natives Chapters are finally about to make their long awaited live comeback. After nearly a year without a gig during which they've had line up changes and the release of their debut album The Imperial Skies, which was launched to both fan and critical acclaim last October, the band are finally ready for their first show in ten months.
The progressive metal quartet will be opening for fellow London metallers Rise To Remain at The Borderline tomorrow night (Thursday 20th February 2014) along with fellow support band Idiom. Chapters are on at 7:40pm sharp, so don't miss them! Very limited tickets remain for the show priced at £10 and are available from Ticketmaster and Live Nation. Contacting the venue direct as well is another option.
The gig will be the first with the band's new line up, which sees new drummer Noah See and new guitarist Tomasso Varvello join founder members Angus Neyra (guitar) and Joe Nally (bass / vocals). For those unfamiliar with Chapters, check out the title track from The Imperial Skies at the bottom of this post. You can also read our review of The Imperial Skies from last year right here.
