Flights Release Music Video for The Ghost Of Things

Regular readers of Scribes Of Metal know we love finding new bands to enjoy, particularly home grown British talent. Today we've got another new band to bring to our readers eyes and ears in the shape of Bristol and Surrey residents Flights
Taking influences and blending styles from all over the place, from the shoegaze elements reminiscent of the likes of Sleepmakeswaves and Mono to more mainstream British rock such as Biffy Clyro and Twin Atlantic, not to mention the odd tinge of mathcore superstars The Dillinger Escape Plan Flights have developed a distinctive sound that is very much their own.
Flights' brand new video for their song The Ghost Of Things has just been released, and you can check it out at the bottom of this page. The Ghost Of Things comes from Flights' forthcoming debut full length album titled History Be Kind, which is to be released on the 8th of October. If you enjoy The Ghost Of Things, head over to and pre-order a download or vinyl of the album!
Anyway, that's enough talk from us, check out Flights - The Ghost Of Things video for yourselves below:

Lover of most things with a foundation of rock or metal. Totally bypassed the grunge movement and was introduced to metal by Metallica and the nu-metal revolution of the early 21st century. Extremely keen photographer (music and otherwise).
