Floods To Release Self Titled Debut Album October 1st, Schedule Late 2012 UK Tour

As our readers know, Scribes Of Metal like to help promote up and coming British talent and here's some tour news from a band who fit that description very well. Fresh from the shires just north of London, Hertfordshire five piece Floods have got some exciting news to share with the world. Having recently signed on with Small Town Records, Floods will be releasing their debut album, called Floods, through the label in just a few weeks on the 1st of October 2012.

Not content with releasing the album, the band want to get out there and play it for everyone, and as a result they have two separate UK tours lined up. The first tour will take place in October and the other in November. On their first trip around the UK Floods will be teaming up with Hey Vanity (who are comprised of some of the members of Fei Comodo) on certain shows and they'll also be playing shows with Verses, Freeze The Atlantic and Eager Teeth (please check specific show details for the line up on each individual night).

On their second run, Floods are teaming up with Attention Thieves for all five dates (which is a bit easier to remember) which sees Floods travelling the midlands as well as the south coast and finishing up in Bristol. Full details of both sets of shows follow:
