Mallory Knox & The Blackout Crack UK Top 40 Albums Chart

It's always nice to see British rock & metal achieving mainstream chart success and we've got a double dose of it to report this morning.

Both Mallory Knox and The Blackout released their new albums last week and both Signals and Start The Party have found their way into the top 40 album charts in the UK. Mallory Knox's Signals has clocked in at number 33 with The Blackout's Start The Party two places behind them at number 35. Mallory Knox also took the top spot in the UK Rock Albums chart.

We're sure both bands will be delighted by this and we send congratulations to both of them. It's vital that we, the British rock & metal community continue to buy albums (CDs, downloads, vinyl, whatever your flavour is) to allow our favourite bands to continue existing, so this is a very good example of supporting our community. Lets keep it up all throughout 2013!

Mallory Knox can be found as support to Don Broco on Don Broco's virtually sold out Priorities UK Tour throughout the next couple of months. Full details of the tour can be found on this news item here. ScribesOfMetal will keep our readers up-to-date with the latest in British rock & metal news wherever possible.
