Mastodon Announce Live At Brixton Performance To Get Audio & Video Releases

A great piece of prog metal themed news for our readers has just landed in our laps and frankly we're rather excited! Atlanta, Georgia's finest progressive metal maestros Mastodon have announced that they are to release a UK based live performance. Taken from their tour promoting their masterpiece The Hunter, Mastodon took to the stage at a sold out Brixton Academy in London on the 11th of February 2012.
Performing a career spanning set, Mastodon once again set matched the incredibly high standards in a live environment which they have become renown for. It was their biggest UK headline show so far and one expects that the arenas will beckon them before too long. Mastodon Live At Brixton will be available as a digital download from all the usual download retailers such as iTunes and Amazon and will come in two formats. The first option is a standard live Mp3 concert audio, with the second being a full video performance of their entire setlist - basically a live Mastodon DVD without the disk!
