New Trivium Track Unleashed - Silence In The Snow

Following a series of cryptic teasers and a formidable countdown clock, Trivium have finally unveiled a new track called 'Silence In The Snow', along with a stylish video that showcases a new side to the band that is sure to get the debate raging.

With a slight departure from the expected Trivium raw power sound, we are treated to a clean vocal over the normal technical proficiency everyone knows and loves. Such changes are sure to set some die hard fans on edge, why I don't know as the track kicks ass and shows a development in the band and their ability to mix things up a bit.  We'll be keeping you all updated on further Trivum news, but make sure you check out the awesome alien hybrid skull artwork adorning the http://snow.trivium.org/ teaser site,  we're totally on board with snow skulls from another planet!

Check out the track and decide for yourselves, for Scribes Of Metal, we're talking #win

'Silence In The Snow' is taken from the forthcoming album of the same name - available 2nd October on Roadrunner Records. Pre-order the album on iTunes at http://flyt.it/silenceinthesnow or http://smarturl.it/trivium-d2c

Nik works in music PR, he wanted to be famous but genetics determined a managerial route instead. He put his energy into working out how to design stuff, build web stuff and string a decent series of words together. He is a big fan of original and unique sounding bands, loving a good melody and anthem - although he has been known to listen to 90s glam rock in private.
