Sabaton Reveal "Heroes" Album Cover Artwork, Release In Studio Video

If you like a bit of Scandanavian power metal an awful lot of people's first port of call would be the mighty Sabaton, with their war themed lyrics and powerful riffs, they have packed a powerful combination into recent successful albums like Carolus Rex and Coat Of Arms. Now the five piece band have been back in the studio, working on their next album which they have titled "Heroes", and some details (in addition to the title) are starting to surface about the album.

First of all, Sabaton have released the album's artwork, and we have to say, it looks pretty damn cool! Check it out for yourselves:

Sabaton bassist Pär Sundström had this to say about the artwork:

“We had the title in mind since before we even recorded 'Carolus Rex' and we already had ideas for artwork years ago. We had a few different ones to choose from, but when we saw this one, we knew it was the right one for this album”

Secondly, the band have released a video of their time in the studio, including the drum tracking for Heroes. You can check that out at the bottom of the page. Heroes will be released on the 19th of May 2014 through Nuclear Blast Records. Now, go watch the in-studio video clip!
