Takedown Festival 2014 Announce Another Six Bands Have Joined The Line Up

Southampton's Takedown Festival has over the last couple of years become one of the most enjoyable and looked forward to of the UK's smaller, regional one day festivals, and the line up for the 2014 event is shaping up to make it another great year for Takedown.

In addition to the likes of Funeral For A Friend, who will be headlining the 2014 edition of Takedown, Yashin, Feed The Rhino, Glamour Of The Kill, JettBlack, LostAlone, Heaven's Basement, Baby Godzilla and IDivide, Takedown have now added another collection of bands to the 2014 roster.

One of the most talked about bands of the moment (and potentially one of THE marmite bands for 2014 the way opinion seems to be shaping up), The Hell will be appearing at Takedown 2014. Don't like them? We really don't think they care.

Subsource are a band who have carved out a phenomenal live reputation over the last couple of years, and their fans will be very pleased to see them take to the stage at Takedown 2014 under their new name of Black Futures. Joining The Hell and Black Futures are Cambridge rockers The First, hardcore mob The Catharsis, rockers Saint The Sinner and melodic hardcore outfit Seasons In Wreckage

Since this update was originally written, we've had news of several more very interesting bands being added to Takedown 2014. Watch this space for that announcement, it's worth waiting for!
