The Hype Theory Throwing A Free Party

The Hype Theory are revving up to the release of their second album with a free show at Camden Barfly in London.

The new album Captives (release date May 27th) is the follow up to 2011's Glory Days, in a year that also saw them win big style on the Red Bull Bedroom Jam competion and saw them play some of the UK's biggest festivals.

The latest single 'Heartsick' is yet another catchy song that just screams to be turned up and played loud. If the summer weather ever arrives in the UK this one will be heard played in festival fields and back gardens alike.

Nik works in music PR, he wanted to be famous but genetics determined a managerial route instead. He put his energy into working out how to design stuff, build web stuff and string a decent series of words together. He is a big fan of original and unique sounding bands, loving a good melody and anthem - although he has been known to listen to 90s glam rock in private.
